Hafa adai! I'm Mia, 33, a lamb following the Only Triune God. I'm married to a devoted husband and two energetic boys who endlessly entertain & challenge us=) My life with all its moments of joy, despair and restlessness has been under the gracious hand of the Lord Jesus even as I enter this new season of battling what I've been told as stage 4 lung cancer which has spread to my brain...I was 1-2 tests shy of completing the staging process so I do not know where else it may have spread. However, we have sought God's guidance in our decisions especially regarding treatment and thus far I am pursuing alternative treatment. AND even MOST IMPORTANTLY, we and many saints that God has graciously brought into our lives are praying for whole healing - body & soul! I started what I could understand about alternative since Christmas 2009 and so far so great! I'm feeling pretty good...and of course a large part could be because I feel like I'm on vacation not having to work & having help to care for my family=) I don't take these wonderful blessings for granted. More than anything, I pray God will give me & my family the desire & will to draw closer to Him and be obedient to His calling more and more. May the Holy Spirit counsel us during this time, bringing glory to THE LORD in this grace journey.   | Links | |
